SCRAPS FAQ
Quick answers about how the scraps work.
What exactly are Brownie Scraps?
How are they sold?
In 1 lb bags. Each bag is a hand-packed assortment of whatever we trimmed that day. One size, one price.
Are these as fresh as a regular brownie?
Yes. Same day-of bake. The only difference is the shape — and the price. Scraps cost less because they don't fit the box.
Can I pick the flavors?
Nope. Every bag is whatever the kitchen trimmed that morning, mixed by hand. Some days you'll get more of one flavor, less of another — sometimes a flavor might not make the bag at all. We don't list the exact mix because it changes daily. That's the magic (and the reason scraps cost less).
What about allergies and dietary restrictions?
Brownie Scraps are baked in a kitchen that regularly uses wheat, eggs, dairy, butter, soy, tree nuts (including pistachios and hazelnuts), and peanuts — and any bag may contain traces of all of them. Because it's a surprise assortment we cannot accommodate specific allergy or dietary requests on scraps. If you have a serious allergy, please order from our regular menu instead, where each flavor is individually packaged and labeled.
How should I store them?
Keep them in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days, or freeze them and microwave for 15 seconds when the craving hits.
