How do I place a custom order?

You can build your own custom box by using our "Build Your Box" feature! Choose your box size (4, 8, or 12 pieces), then select your favorite brownie and blondie flavors. Each box is freshly made to order and ready for pickup or delivery.

What are your delivery areas?

We currently deliver throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Delivery fees vary based on your location. For same-day delivery, please place your order before 12pm. We also offer local pickup from our Vancouver location.

How long do your brownies stay fresh?

Our brownies and blondies are best enjoyed within 3-4 days when stored at room temperature in an airtight container. For longer storage, you can refrigerate them for up to a week or freeze them for up to 3 months. To enjoy, simply bring to room temperature or warm slightly in the microwave.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Yes! We offer both vegan and gluten-free varieties of select flavors. Check our menu for options marked with dietary tags. Please note that while we take precautions, our kitchen does process products containing gluten, dairy, and nuts.

Can I order for corporate events or gifting?

Absolutely! We love catering to corporate events and creating custom gift boxes. Visit our Corporate Gifting page or contact us directly to discuss bulk orders, custom packaging, and delivery options. We can accommodate orders of any size with advance notice.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time for a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% restocking fee applies. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or full refund.

Do you ship outside of Vancouver?

Currently, we only deliver within the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area and offer local pickup. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve customers across BC and beyond. Stay tuned to our social media for updates!

How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular orders, we recommend placing them at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day orders may be available if placed before 12pm, subject to our daily capacity. For large orders or events, please give us 3-5 days notice to guarantee we can fulfill your order perfectly.
