Important Notice

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific policies in place to ensure quality and freshness. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Before Preparation

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before we begin preparing your order. To cancel, please contact us immediately at admin@thebrownieblondie.com or call +1 (236) 785-4800.

After Preparation Has Begun

Once we have begun preparing your order, cancellations are no longer possible. Our brownies and blondies are made fresh to order, and once the baking process starts, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Refund Policy

Quality Issues

If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either:

  • Replace the affected items at no additional cost
  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order (wrong flavors, wrong quantity, or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will make it right by:

  • Sending the correct items as soon as possible
  • Issuing a refund for the missing or incorrect items

Non-Refundable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order has been prepared
  • Products not stored according to our storage instructions
  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Products consumed or partially consumed
  • Personal taste preferences (our products are made as described)

Corporate Orders

For corporate and bulk orders, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date
  • A 50% deposit is required for orders over $500 and is non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of delivery
  • Custom branding or personalization orders are non-refundable once production has begun

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery and the products cannot be left safely, we will attempt to contact you. If redelivery is required due to customer unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Weather-Related Delays

In cases of severe weather that may affect delivery or product quality, we will contact you to reschedule. No additional fees will apply for weather-related rescheduling.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24-48 hours.
